 Dr Jan Zonnestein Dr Zonnestein qualified as a dentist with a B.Ch D degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1986. After completing his compulsory two year national service in Oudtshoorn he spent approximately six years in the UK practicing as a general dentist in Luton and Stevenage (Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire). In 1996 he settled in Knysna permanently where he has been practicing from the current location right in the heart of Knysna. His special interest are crown and bridge work, esthetic dentistry,complete dental makeovers and recreating smiles. Dr Zonnestein is married to Rhona, who has a Master's Degree in Science from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OHIO, a lady from Albertinia and they are blessed with two wonderful girls, Belinda and Margaux. In his spare time he is an enthusiastic mountain biker, adventure racer and loves to do woodwork. Dr Johan Hefer Dr Hefer qualified as a dentist with a B. Ch D degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1986. After completing his compulsory two year national service in no2 Military Hospital Wynberg, he went into private practice in Cape town with his father Dr J C Hefer (Sr). He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Esthetic dentistry (Cum Laude) from the University of Stellenbosch in 1995. He spent five years in the UK practicing as a general dentist in Danbury (Essex) and joined Zonnestein Dental Practice in December 2007 He is currently busy with another post graduate dental diploma in Implantology at the University of the Western Cape. His special interests are ceramic crowns and veneers, tooth whitening and Implantology. Dr Hefer is married to Charmaine and has two daughters, San-Mari and Adene. Dr Carne Botes Dr Botes qualified as a dentist with a B. Ch D degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1995. She then relocated to the UK where she worked in south west London as a general dentist from 1996 to 2008. Dr Botes joined Zonnestein Dental Practice in June 2008 where she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. She is married to Juan and has a daughter, Anais. |
